ArthroLase
We are proud to introduce HAiLO, the first robotic-assisted laser osteotome for joint replacement surgery, developed by ArthroLase, where Professor Riaz Khan, co-founder, Chairman, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL), plays a pivotal role. This cutting-edge technology utilizes a dual-laser system, with the cutting laser guided by an in-line sensing laser to sculpt bone with sub-millimetre precision in accordance with surgeon’s surgical plan. This innovation allows us to move beyond traditional flat cuts and implement our new suite of bone-sparing knee replacements (AIRO-x), featuring double the bone-prosthetic contact area for immediate stability and improved osseointegration. The Joint Studio, a valued partner of ArthroLase, is excited to be at the forefront of this revolution in orthopaedic surgery.
